How do I know if my loved one needs home care?

Many families tell us they wish they had asked for help sooner. The need for home care usually develops gradually. You may notice unopened mail, missed medications, increased falls, difficulty preparing meals, forgetfulness, loneliness, declining personal hygiene, or growing exhaustion among family caregivers.

Needing home care does not mean someone has lost their independence. In many cases, the right support actually helps people remain independent for longer by reducing risks and providing assistance only where it is needed.

At MyCG Home Care, we never assume that everyone requires the same level of support. During your consultation we take time to understand your loved one's health, daily routines, goals, home environment, and family circumstances. Together, we design a personalized care plan that can begin with only a few hours of assistance each week and grow or change as needs evolve.

Our philosophy is simple: the right care at the right time can prevent crises, reduce unnecessary hospital visits, relieve family stress, and allow people to continue living safely and comfortably in the place they call home.
