CareOS Live Knowledge Center Publishing Is Now Connected
MyCG administrators can now publish Knowledge Center content directly from CareOS Admin and see it appear on the website without a rebuild.
The Knowledge Center is now wired for live publishing. Articles, hero images, downloadable resources, and article updates created in CareOS Admin can flow directly to the website through the CareOS API.
This matters because editorial work should behave like a publishing system, not like a code deployment. Teams can draft, revise, publish, and retire content without relying on a frontend rebuild to make updates visible.
The same operating model also supports engagement. Reactions, comments, and reader feedback are stored centrally so the admin team can review community response and continue improving the content library over time.
